Robert Basulto, President & CEO is a board member and fifty percent shareholder of Keylink Service Solutions, Inc. Dba. Keylink Solutions was founded in 2004 by Robert Basulto, with the vision to provide turnkey Automated Business Centers and Kiosk Work Stations that are hassle free with cutting edge technology while providing personalized customer service support. Mr. Basulto oversees the corporate operations and direction of the company and manages Keylink Solutions offices in Los Angeles and Hawaii.

David Brown, CFO and Chairman David C. Brown, Jr., President of Moultrie Asset Management, Inc. (“Moultrie”), a California corporation specializing in Merchant Banking and Managed Investment Partnerships. The firm also provides financial advisory services to small and middle market companies. Moultrie is the on going consolidated corporation of the several Moultrie Group corporations that Mr. Brown started in 1988.

Michael Gambino manages the company’s operations and reports directly to the President and CEO and oversees all company departments. He also works directly with Hotel brands worldwide to facilitate new business relationships, brand requirements and our company’s position as a Preferred Supplier of our products and services for the hospitality industry. Michael began working in the hospitality industry in 2001 for MGM Mirage at the New York New York Hotel and Casino.

Robert Basulto cont.:
Mr. Basulto has a hands on approach to all aspects of the company and also over sees the sales, marketing and advertising department and all Kiosk enclosure designs and manufacturing. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Basulto formed a Financial Service Consulting Company providing Insurance, mutual fund investment programs and home refinancing. Winning numerous sale competitions within the corporation and holding the highest monthly regional sales record consecutively for 9 months. Mr. Basulto recruited, trained, motivated and managed a staff of 22 sales managers.

From 1993 to 1999 Mr. Basulto Founded Pacific Coast Telephone Co. Providing Public Payphones and ATM’s with contributions to hundreds of locations nationwide offering communication consulting and the brokering of large Private Payphone Companies. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Basulto was Co-Founder and Vice President of National Sales for Millennium Telecom Plus, LLC. a nation wide Long Distance Aggregator for Private Payphone Providers. Mr. Basulto managed and overseen all aspects of Sales, marketing procedures, collateral, new business development nationwide and advertising. He managed the Los Angeles office and facilitated the opening of their east coast office in Stanton Island, New York. Contributing to Gross sales of 2.2 Million in its first year of operation.

From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Basulto was also a Co- Founder and Executive Vice President of Touch N Surf, LLC. a nationwide Internet Kiosk software development and manufacturing company. Managed and overseen all aspects of Sales, marketing procedures, collateral, new business development nationwide and advertising. Mr. Basulto contributed to the company’s kiosk software design kiosk enclosure designs, and national system deployment. He also managed and established all sales and deployments in Hawaii and Guam. In 2003 Mr. Basulto cashed out of his shares in Touch N Surf, LLC. And Millennium Telecom Plus then continued to own and operate Internet Kiosks and ATM’s until Mr. Basulto Co founded Keylink Service Solutions, Inc. in 2004. He and his wife Cara live in Las Vegas, Nevada and have three children.

David Brown cont.:

Moultrie’s latest venture is KeyLink Service Solutions, Inc. the hospitality industry’s premier provider of 24/7 automated business center solutions for business and leisure travelers. Mr. Brown currently holds the position of CFO is a board member and fifty percent shareholder for this Nevada Corporation. Mr. Brown is Chairman of the Board and the majority shareholder of Carolina Capital Corporation, a South Carolina investment company. The company and its managed partnerships have profited handsomely from investments in real estate, textile companies and restructured investments.

Mr. Brown served as a Director and was a shareholder of Rapid Rack Industries, Inc., a $40 million private company engaged in commercial and retail shelving under the “Gorilla Rack” label. The company was sold in July 1998. Mr. Brown was the Chairman and major shareholder of Network Infrastructure Corporation, a network integrator, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Started on November 1, 1994, NIC generated sales of $6.2 million in calendar 1997. In May of 1998, Mr. Brown sold his investment to management in order to contribute more time to the money management business of Moultrie. From January 1990 through June of 1992, Mr. Brown was an Executive Vice President and Manager of the Trading Department of Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, a subsidiary of Kemper Financial Companies. He was also a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee for the firm.

The firm’s trading division was involved in trading over 900 OTC stocks, municipal bonds, government securities and corporate bonds. The trading division was definitely a bright spot in both performance and profitability in Bateman’s generally fading imprint upon the financial landscape. The association with Bateman actually started in 1989, when Moultrie Capital formed a consulting relationship with BEHR in conducting merchant banking transactions. From 1984 to 1988, Mr. Brown managed the High Yield Securities Department of PaineWebber Capital Markets. He was also a Managing Director of the firm and a member of the Board of Directors of PaineWebber, Inc.

In his capacity as Manager, he supervised a department of 20 people and was responsible for the High Yield trading positions with the ability to commit up to $75 million of the firm’s capital. During his tenure, the High Yield Department was extremely profitable, as the return on the firm’s capital exceeded 100% every year. The consistent growth in total profits and maintenance of high gross margins was achieved during a period when the High Yield Group was expanding and overhead was substantially increased.

From 1975 to 1984, Mr. Brown was a Senior Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Company. He specialized in selling high yield securities and trading troubled credits. Mr. Brown has a BA in Economics from Duke University and did graduate work in Business Administration. He served in the U.S. Navy and received an Honorable Discharge as Lieutenant. He and his wife Deborah live in Los Angeles and have two children.

Michael Gambino cont.:
Approximately 1 year later, Michael became the youngest hotel manager in the MGM Mirage organization at the age of 20. Michael continued working there until he was asked to transfer to the Luxor hotel in 2005, which was a newly acquired property by MGM Mirage. Approximately 1 year later, utilizing the extensive training and experienced that was gained over the years working within the hotel industry, Michael began working with a hospitality consulting firm where he facilitated contract negotiations, budget analysis and contributed to the company’s development. Due to legal challenges the company was facing, Michael began looking for an alternate employer to apply and grow his experience in the hospitality industry. He began working with Keylink Solutions in 2006 and assisted with the relocation of our corporate head quarters to Las Vegas, Nevada. Michael has been instrumental in the internal operations and growth of the company and has become a great asset. His ability to provide insight from his years of experience in managing hotels and business centers helps our company to be proactive with customer service levels and expectations, client concerns, and industry trends.
